I’m Linden, I have over ten years of experience as a life coach, a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, and I am licensed as a Mental Health Counselor Associate. I work with adults who struggle with anxiety and depression using an integrative approach that includes cognitive interventions as well as somatic interventions (CBT, Mindfulness, Focusing, and REBT).
If you are struggling with trusting yourself, have experienced religious trauma, or are dealing with identity crises, I can help you find your heart and truth amidst the fear of not knowing who you are or what you believe in. My passion is to help people release fear and old ideas of who they should be and find the truth about themselves.
I am certified in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Training from the Integrative Psychiatric Institute (IPI). and also offer psychedelic ceremony preparation, sitting, and integration services, focusing on harm reduction, safety, preparation for the ceremony, and integration post-ceremony.
I use a spiritual approach and intuitive approach, focusing on your given strengths and believe developing self-identity and a positive self-concept are crucial steps to wellness.
