Fees
I offer a complimentary 15-20 minute phone consultation for new clients. This time will be spent getting to know you, understanding your goals, and determining whether or not I can effectively be of service.
After the consultation, subsequent sessions will be as follows:
Individual session (50 minutes) $150
Individual session (90 minutes) $180
Mentorship packages vary based on duration of time desired per week/month and is determined during the consultation
Coaching session (50 minutes) $150
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept checks and debit/credit cards.
I currently accept Premera and Lifewise for insurance; for out-of-network costs, I provide a receipt called a “superbill,” which can be submitted to your insurance company for either full or partial reimbursement.

I believe counseling should be affordable and accessible for everyone; I offer reduced rates for those who cannot afford the full fee due to financial hardships. These spaces are limited and qualification is determined in the consultation call.
